These terms govern access to and use of the Basirah survey platform at basirahtech.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You must have authority to bind your organization to these terms when you create a workspace on its behalf.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to collect data without a lawful basis and appropriate notice to respondents.
- Do not attempt to breach or probe security, disrupt the Service, or access data that is not yours.
- Do not use distribution channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp) to send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law.
3. Customer data
You retain ownership of the surveys you author and the responses you collect. You grant Basirah the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. Basirah's handling of personal data is described in the Privacy notice.
4. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and secure but provide it "as is" without warranties except as required by law. Planned maintenance and service changes may occur. Specific availability commitments, if any, are set out in a separate agreement.
5. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time; on termination, data is handled per the Privacy notice and any applicable agreement.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Basirah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited as set out in any applicable agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law & contact
